Ingredients

• 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  1 oz melon liqueur
  1 oz white rum

Build in a lowball glass.

Ingredients

• 4 oz Kamchatka vodka
  4 oz red raspberry ginger ale

Stir ingredients together in a highball glass, and serve.

Ingredients

• 2 oz dark rum
  3/4 oz banana liqueur
  1 oz orange juice
  1 oz pineapple juice
  1/2 oz lime juice
  1 pinch nutmeg

Shake over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Jamaican dark rum
  1 tsp honey
  1/2 oz lime juice
  2 oz lemonade

Dissolve honey in rum, and pour into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with broken ice.

• 1/2 oz creme de cacao
  1/2 oz apricot brandy
  1 tbsp light cream

Pour ingredients into a parfait glass (in order given) so that each ingredient floats on preceding one. Serve without mixing.

• 1/2 oz peach schnapps
  1/2 oz melon liqueur
  1 oz vodka
  1 dash pineapple juice
  1 dash orange juice

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Pour with or without ice in a cocktail/martini glass. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange, and serve.
