Ingredients

• 2 oz white rum
  1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  1/4 oz lime juice
  2 – 3 dashes pineapple syrup
  1 slice pineapple

Prepare in a blender with crushed ice. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Ingredients

• 4 oz Charles Heidsieck Champagne
  1 oz apricot brandy

Pour into a wine glass half-filled with broken ice. Garnish with a half-slice of orange.

Ingredients

• 3 parts Absolut Mandrin vodka
  1 part Blue Curacao liqueur

Mix vodka and blue curacao with crushed ice, shake or stir, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherries.

• 3 oz gin
  1/2 oz dry vermouth
  1/2 oz blackberry brandy

Shake ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries, and serve.

• 1/3 part Southern Comfort peach liqueur
  1 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  1/3 part watermelon schnapps
  orange juice
  pineapple juice

Fill a 16 oz pint glass with ice, pour the above in. Garnish with cherries.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Absolut vodka
  1 1/2 oz sloe gin
  fill with pineapple juice
  1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
  1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
  ice cubes

Fill glass with ice. Next add absolut, sloe gin, pineapple juice, southern comfort, and last midori. Add pineapple and cherry garnish.
