35 cl Tia Maria coffee liqueur 35 cl vodka 17.5 cl cherry brandy 1 dash lime juice 7-Up soda dry cider
Pour the tia maria, vodka and cherry brandy together into a pint glass. Add a dash of lime juice. Fill with equal amounts of dry cider and 7-up, and add ice cubes.
4 oz orange juice 1 oz cranberry juice 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
Combine the juices, egg and grenadine in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
