Pour above ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass, float 4 to 6 raisins, and serve.
1 1/2 oz gin 1/2 oz lemon juice 1/2 tsp superfine sugar 4 oz tonic water
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the tonic water.
