Somerset Punch is a traditional British fruit punch which is light, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings. It can be made with or without alcohol, depending on your preference.

2 cups apple juice (preferably cloudy)

1 cup orange juice

Β½ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

2 cups chilled soda water or ginger ale
Fruits

1 apple, thinly sliced

1 orange, sliced

1 lemon, sliced

A handful of berries (optional)
Optional (Alcoholic Version)

Prepare the base
In a large jug or punch bowl, mix apple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar/honey until dissolved. -
Add fruits
Drop in all the sliced fruits and berries. Let it rest for 10β15 minutes to infuse. -
Finish the punch
Just before serving, add soda water or ginger ale for fizz. -
Alcohol (if using)
Stir in cider, wine, or rum gently. -
Serve cold
Add ice cubes and serve immediately.
