Winter Wine Recipe

Ingredients

• 35 cl red wine
  2 oz cognac
  1 pinch cinnamon
  1 tbsp honey
  2 oz water

Heat in a small saucepan and pour into heat-proof cups just before boiling. Add a slice of lemon to each cup, and serve.
