Schlag-n-Nog is a rich, indulgent drink. It is very similar to eggnog, traditionally enjoyed at winter parties. Itβs creamy, lightly sweet, and warming thanks to the spirits and nutmeg.

30 ml heavy cream

1 egg yolk (optional but traditional)

30 ml dark rum (or brandy)

15 ml sugar syrup (or 1 tsp sugar)

In a shaker or bowl, whisk egg yolk and sugar until pale and creamy
