Nijinski Blini Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 oz vodka
  2 oz pureed peaches
  1/2 oz lemon juice
  1 splash peach schnapps
  1 splash chilled Champagne

Pour all ingredients over some crushed ice in a champagne flute. Stir gently, and serve.
