Ingredients

• 1 part Godiva chocolate liqueur
  1 part Rumple Minze peppermint liqueur

Mix and serve in a shot glass.

• 1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
  1/2 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
  1 splash lime juice

Pour Southern Comfort and Goldshlager in equal parts into a shot glass. Add a splash of lime juice, and serve.

• 1 oz Midori melon liqueur
  1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
  1 splash soda water
  151 proof rum

Mix melon liqueur, sour mix, and soda water with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with rum and carefully ignite.

Extinguish before serving.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Skyy vodka
  1 oz peach schnapps
  1 oz lemonade
  1 oz Coca-Cola

Shake and strain, serving straight up in a shot glass.

• 1 oz vodka
  1 tsp concentrated raspberry syrup
  2 – 5 drops Tabasco sauce

Pour the vodka into a shot glass and add some raspberry syrup (should be concentrated, look for it at a Polish section in an international supermarket). Add a few drops of Tabasco hot sauce., and shoot.

• 1 part Kahlua coffee liqueur
  1 part cream
  1 part 151 proof rum

Mix in a shaker one-quarter filled with ice and pour into a liberal shot glass.

• 1 oz sloe gin
  1 oz chilled 7-Up soda

Add to a shot glass, and serve.

• 1/2 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
  1/2 oz creme de cacao

Serve straight up in a shot glass.
