Ingredients

• 1 oz vodka
  4 oz cranberry juice

Pour both ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently. Pour into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

• 1 oz gold rum
  1 oz white rum
  1 oz passion-fruit syrup
  1 oz lime juice
  1 tsp caster sugar

Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with broken ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve.

• 1 1/2 oz Melon Deoria liqueur
  1 oz Skyy vodka
  1 splash 7-Up soda
  2 oz cranberry juice

Pour the melon deoria, Skyy vodka and cranberry juice into a cocktail glass. Add the 7-up, and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

• 4 oz fresh strawberry puree
  3 oz gold rum
  2 oz orange juice
  sugar

Blend strawberries into 4 oz puree, add 2 oz of rum (and some sugar if you want to) and blend for a couple of second. Pour into sugar rimmed glass. Mix the orange juice and 1 oz of rum, and gently layer on top in glass.

• 1 1/4 oz coconut rum
  1/2 oz peach schnapps
  3 oz pineapple juice
  3 oz orange juice
  1/2 oz grenadine syrup

Add all ingredients (except grenadine) to a parfait glass 1/2 filled with ice cubes. Top with grenadine. Garnish with a fresh slice of peach, and serve.

  1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
  1 splash pineapple juice
  1 splash grenadine syrup

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

  1 oz Jamaican dark rum
  1 oz Bacardi 151 rum
  3 oz orange juice
  3 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
  1/2 oz grenadine syrup
  crushed ice

Combine all ingredients, mix well (shake or stir). Pour over crushed ice in hurricane glass. Best enjoyed through a small straw. Garnish with fruit wedge if desired.
