Ingredients

• 1 oz whiskey
  1 oz prune juice
  2 olives

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

• 35 cl Passoa liqueur
  35 cl light rum
  35 cl vodka
  20 cl apricot brandy
  35 cl creme de bananes
  orange juice
  apple juice

Add all alcohols to a shaker with ice. Fill remaining space with 1/3 apple juice and 2/3 orange juice. Shake vigorously, strain into a highball glass and serve.

• 3 oz Champagne
  1/3 oz Grand Marnier orange liqueur
  1/3 oz Campari bitters
  1/4 oz grenadine syrup

Pour into a champagne flute, and garnish with a half-slice of orange and a cherry.

• 1 oz sloe gin
  1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
  3 oz cold cola

Pour into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.

• 1 oz bourbon whiskey
  1 oz apricot brandy
  1 dash lemon juice

Pour all three ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a highball glass, and serve.

• 3 oz Old Grandad bourbon whiskey
  10 oz Sunkist orange soda

Pour both ingredients over 4 ice cubes in a collins glass. Stir well, and serve.
