Ingredients

• 3/4 oz gin
  3/4 oz vodka
  1/2 oz lime juice
  7-Up soda

Pour gin, vodka and lime juice over ice in a highball glass. Fill with 7-up, and serve.

• 1 oz Irish cream
  1 oz Drambuie Scotch whisky

Add drambuie to a pousse-cafe glass. Use a knife/spoon to drizzle the shot of irish cream so it layers on top, and serve.

  1/4 oz grenadine syrup
  1 egg yolk

Shake well and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and serve.

• 1 oz rosso vermouth
  1 oz dry vermouth
  2 – 3 dashes orange bitters

Stir in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, add a twist of orange, and serve.

• 2 cl Charleston Follies liqueur
  2 cl aquavit
  1 cl lime juice
  3 cl Schweppes Indian tonic water

Add aquavit and Charleston Follies and stir it with ice. Add lime and tonic water. Fresh up with slice of lemon and red cocktail berry.

• 1 1/2 oz watermelon schnapps
  1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
  1 1/2 oz triple sec
  5 oz orange juice
  3 oz lemonade
  1/2 oz lemon juice

Fill glass with handful of ice and add ingredients. Then mix.

  6 oz Coca-Cola

Fill a rocks glass w/ ice. Add the coca-cola and then the schnapps. Serve.

• 1 1/2 oz light rum
  1 oz orange juice
  1 tbsp lime juice
  1 tsp sugar

Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup shaved ice in an electric blender at a low speed. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
