Continental Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 oz light rum
  1 1/2 tsp green creme de menthe
  1 tbsp lime juice
  1/2 tsp powdered sugar
  1 twist lemon peel

Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
